Heritage Clothing Co. Return and Refund Policy

At Heritage Clothing Co., we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, submit your request to our customer service team here: Exchange/Refund Request.

Exchanges & Refunds:

  • Incorrect Size: If you received an item in a size different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with an exchange for the correct size.
  • Defective Merchandise: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Important Product Construction Disclosure: Garments featuring raw-edge construction, washed or vintage finishes, or artisan detailing are intentionally produced with visible seams, edge texture, and natural variation. These design characteristics are fully disclosed and not eligible for return as defects.
  • Returns accepted for 7 days
  • Customer provides return shipping

Returns will not be accepted beyond the 7-day timeframe. All items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition for any issues to be addressed.
